Risk and usage notice
Use Vine Orders Manager at your own risk. Amazon discourages automation, and users are responsible for how and when scans are run. The tool does not guarantee uninterrupted access and is not affiliated with Amazon.
- Large or frequent scans may trigger Amazon verification or temporary limits.
- If Amazon asks for sign-in or verification, stop and resolve it manually.
- The extension never auto-submits reviews to Amazon.
Core workflow
1. Full Scan
Initial scan combines Vine Orders, order history, review checks, and applicable tax-report data where supported.
2. Scan for updates
Incremental update for delivery changes, review-state updates, and recent order adjustments.
3. Export and review
Use web report filters, edit protected fields when needed, and export native XLSX snapshots.
Cloud sync behavior
Cloud sync is optional and keeps completed report snapshots in the user's own connected account.
- OneDrive location: visible under Apps/Vine Orders Manager.
- Google Drive location: hidden appDataFolder area.
- Conflict handling: users choose whether to keep local or cloud report when both changed.
AI review assistant behavior
AI drafting is optional. The user provides rating/comments and can optionally load a comparable product. Generated text is editable before use.
- Drafting can use user-provided OpenAI settings.
- Copy prompt mode supports external AI tools without direct API calls.
- Autofill opens Amazon's review page and fills fields only; submit stays manual.
