Data Handling Summary

Vine Orders Manager processes Amazon order and review information to build a local report and optional exports. Most functionality runs locally in the browser.

Local extension storage may include report snapshots, scan state, review draft state, and user preferences.
Cloud sync is optional and uses the user's own provider account.
AI drafting features are optional and user initiated.

Third-Party Services

If enabled by the user, the extension may communicate with Google Drive, OneDrive, or OpenAI only for requested user-facing features. The extension developer does not operate a backend service that receives report data by default.

Google Drive and OneDrive are used only when cloud sync is explicitly connected.
OpenAI is used only when the user asks to generate review draft content.
Amazon pages are read only as needed for user-requested scanning and report updates.

User controls

Users can disconnect cloud providers, delete local report data, and choose whether to enable cloud sync of optional AI key settings in extension UI flows where applicable.
